MMS-5000
Quilted Panel and Border Cutting Machine provides panel and border cut for the
mattress preparation of the quilted material. MMS-5000 Quilted Panel Cutting
Machine is able to make millimetric cuts thanks to its special design and
driver control, to make straight slices of mattress side borders with 12
cutting blades and coil as rolls on machine with the coil attachment on this
border cut. Today, MMS-5000 works with perfect compliance behind all chain and
lock stitch Quilting Machines, thanks to its high speed and millimetric
sensitivity.
MMS-4000 is
with PFAFF 335 lock Stitch Sewing Head, and MMS-4400 is with PFAFF 5483 chain
stitch sewing head. PFAFF 5483 is two times faster than PFAFF 335 sewing head,
and MMS-4400 has the feature to stop automatically once any of the raw
materials finishes or thread is broken, possible to not to assign any operator
for MMS-4400.
We present MMS 3000 ROLL FABRIC CUTTING machine, which
faultlessly cuts fabrics to be used as rolls in mattress and home textile as
tape and border fabric, with its ease of use as a helpful machine for the
