One of the most crucial parts of mattress production is preparing mattress
carcasses. While the mattress side foam and top felting were being prepared
with solvent-based glue, it is passed to the hotmelt system to provide worker
health, and good smell& hygiene on the mattress in the latest years. Our
MMS-2500 Automatic Holtmelt Glue Line has reduced the number of personel and
raw material of glue in daily mattress production and also increased the amount
of production. Melt glue (hotmelt) is used in our MMS-2500 Automatic Hotmelt
Glue Line. This gluing system maximizes worker health and hygiene on the
mattress, as a result of being scentless.

know, Solvent bases glue chemical will be forbiden after 2014 in all EU
Countries and they are not going to give permision to import these material.
