New Laser Machine To Double Production

Jenks and Cattell Engineering ltd have this week finalised an order on new machinery for our factory which is set to more than double our laser capacity.
We are currently awaiting the arrival of a Trumpf TruLaser 3030 which will accompany our current Trumpf laser machine to massively increase our production efficiency.
Our current laser machine cuts steel up to 16mm, and our new laser will enable a thicker cut at an advanced efficiency rate. The laser will have the ability to cut 20mm of mild steel, 15mm of stainless steel and 10mm of aluminium.

The 4kw laser will have a compact lift master attached as additional extra which will enable Jenks and Cattell Engineering to offer customers an increased production rate as the automation will enable the machine to run through the night.
The current laser machine has a bed size of 2.5mx1.5m, and the new TruLaser 3030 will have a 3mx1.5m bed size which will enable us to laser cut larger parts for our customers.
With both laser machines, Jenks and Cattell can offer customers services including: laser etching, imprinting part numbers, bar codes, logos or any other markings on the component. The machines are highly accurate due to the automation; there is an improved edge quality for both simple and complex components.
We promise a ‘just in time’ (JIT) delivery system and can deliver laser based orders within 72 hours of order.
The laser machine is ideal for prototypes and small-high volume of products at the most cost efficient rate as there is no tooling expenditure.
Jenks and Cattell Engineering hope to have the new laser at the beginning of October, in order to guarantee the usage of our new laser machine’s benefits, why not send an enquiry today?
